A closer look / Fire doors

Every door.
Every detail.

Fire doors are part of a building's wider protection. Our inspection service helps property owners and managers understand their condition and the actions needed.

CONDITION · CLOSURE · INTEGRITY

Inspection scope and access requirements are agreed before instruction. A condition inspection does not certify a door's fire resistance.

02 / Who we work with

Public responsibility.
Personal attention.

From a single building to a wider estate, our approach is shaped around the property, its occupants and the people responsible for it.

Public sector & institutions

Fire safety support for local authorities, education settings, community buildings and public estates. Clearly scoped instructions and reporting designed to support accountable decisions.

Property & housing

Support for managing agents, housing providers, freeholders and commercial property owners. Understand building condition and organise the actions across your portfolio.

Private clients

Practical advice for landlords, homeowners and private estates. A direct point of contact and clear explanations, whether you need a specific inspection or help defining the brief.

03 / Working together

A clear path forward.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Define the brief

Tell us about your building, concerns and any existing documentation.

02 / SCOPE

Agree the instruction

We set out the scope, deliverables, access requirements and fee.

03 / INSPECT

Review the building

The agreed survey or assessment is undertaken and findings recorded.

04 / ADVISE

Plan your actions

Receive a clear report with recommendations and defined next steps.

Can you help with more than one property?

Yes. Include the number of properties, locations and any existing reports in your enquiry so that a coordinated scope can be discussed.

What information should I provide for a quotation?

The property address, building use, approximate size or number of doors, your required service and any relevant plans or previous reports will help define the instruction.

Will an inspection include remedial works?

Inspection and advisory services are scoped separately from remedial works. The quotation will explain what is included, any access limitations and what further work may be required.

04 / Start a conversation

Let's consider
your building.

Tell us what you need. We'll help define the right next step.
